University of Maryland Eastern Shore
For Potomac Construction’s first project at the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, a school of approximately 4,000 students, we renovated their existing dining facilities.
New food stations were constructed, as well as new finishes introduced throughout the cafeteria.
- Upon completion, the cafeteria included over 400 chairs and barstools and 110 tables.
- Completed over the School’s Summer Break with a firm Fall Semester deadline
- 27,500 SF
