Potomac Construction renovated the Public Spaces and Guest Rooms at this 178-room hotel, formerly known as Mason & Rook. Now known as Viceroy Washington DC, after changing flags to Viceroy Hotels and Resorts. The new boutique hotel, located in downtown DC, was rebranded with spacious guest rooms, a new coffee & wine bar, an open-air restaurant & bar and a rooftop pool & bar.

Potomac Construction managed the renovation effectively, systematically renovating the guest rooms and making sure the new public spaces were built with a sharp attention to detail.
