Shouk
Known around Washington, DC, for its unique “Israeli Street Food,” Shouk’s second location was built in the bustling Union Market neighborhood. Following the success of their Downtown DC location, Shouk expanded upon their Grab-and-Go retail section while still providing adequate dining accommodations.
Potomac Construction continued our presence in Union Market with this build-out, stemming from a positive, working relationship with the neighborhood’s developer and our competency in older, historical spaces.
