&pizza Chinatown
&pizza Chinatown, another fast-casual project with the growing pizza chain, was a two-story build-out that included a feature not commonly found in &pizza stores: a full bar on the second floor that was aptly dubbed “&bar.”
This interior build-out included the transformation of the building’s 2nd Floor from Business Occupancy to Restaurant. The restaurant included a new commercial kitchen and all associated utilities.
