Milk Bar
Milk Bar, a popular dessert and retail store helmed by award-winning Chef Christina Tosi, tasked Potomac Construction with building out the 14th location of the brand.
This store featured the transformation of an old auto repair store and parking lot to create a bakery and café. The store an educational classroom space for bakery demonstrations and an exterior summer patio with a retractable awning.
The most experimental location in their history, Milk Bar’s flagship DC store will utilize spacious bakery and instruction area to provide new flavors and concepts, along with daily cooking classes.
