Fiola Mare
Fiola Mare, an elegant seafood restaurant on the Georgetown Waterfront, is an upscale dining experience that combines the client’s passion for the sea and his home country of Italy. Potomac Construction oversaw this high-end interior build-out in a mixed-use building to create the third restaurant for this repeat client.
Inside, the restaurant is inspired by the Washington Harbor, and award-winning Client Fabio Trabocchi wanted an open kitchen to give patrons an aesthetically pleasing dining experience.
