Duke’s Grocery
Located on the campus of G.W. University, the third Duke’s Grocery restaurant was built in a former restaurant space that had been vacant for six years. At the Shops at 2000 Penn, the third Duke’s location is by far the largest of the trio.
During the construction process, the Potomac Construction Field Team detected a water leak in the basement, stemming from existing conditions. To avoid delaying the project, the Potomac Construction Team worked in tandem with both Tenant and Landlord to keep both parties on schedule and in front of potential delays.
