Life Alive Organic Café
Potomac Construction completed construction on Life Alive, a Boston-based café focused on healthy and sustainable ingredients. This is the cafe’s first location outside of Massachusetts where they currently have 12 locations. This location marks café number 13 for Life Alive and the first of the DMV expansion.
The 3,185 SF former SoulCycle space is located at 2301 M Street and included a full demolition of the previous tenant to prepare for the new Life Alive design. The build out included an all-new storefront system that features vibrant millwork paneling that encloses the expansive storefront and canopy system. The interior features high end finishes including tile, cork wallcovering, plaster, carpet, and vinyl flooring along with a custom millwork package that compliments the beautiful design. space features warm tones, beautiful lighting, and cozy seating, creating an atmosphere where guests can meet and linger.
