Blue Bottle Coffee – Georgetown
Blue Bottle Coffee is a specialty roaster based in Oakland, CA, with over thirty locations in California, New York and Japan. For their first brick-and-mortar location in Washington, DC, Potomac Construction built out this historic Georgetown location, in an existing two-story building.
Despite structural issues that were found during construction and impacted a neighboring tenant, the Potomac Construction Project Team adapted and performed select work outside of normal work hours. This coordination led to a successful completion and avoiding any tenant disputes.
