The Resort & Convention Center required new carpeting and wallcoverings, the painting of columns and bulkheads, and the installation of furniture, mirrors and artwork. The project team was careful to preserve and protect all existing FF&E, as well as manage constant debris removal in conjunction with the wallcovering / carpeting installation, as to keep the areas clean and on schedule.

Due to the project’s short and aggressive schedule and the large-scale scope of work, this project involved heavy logistical planning, including synchronization with the subcontractors, suppliers and resort engineers during the Pre-Construction phase.
