305 Fitness is a New York-based fitness studio, known for high-energy dance classes with live DJ’s, energetic music and flashing lights. Named after Miami, Florida’s area code, Potomac Construction built out their flagship DC location at the Manhattan Laundry Building.

Because of the studio’s high-energy nature, the space required extra noise control and soundproofed doors. The building’s historical designation required certain modifications for its retail use.
